Having great energy to start your day is certainly a Quality of Life Enhancer! When teaching Great Energy classes, I've always instructed students to stay in their comfort zone. This keeps our movement gentle and safe. It teaches us to listen to our bodies. And it helps start our day out relaxed/anxieties lessened. But should we stay in our comfort zones in other aspects of our lives? NO! That would be boring! And we'd miss out on achieving our dreams. So I started thinking...maybe when practicing Great Energy, we stay in our comfort zone to ultimately help us break out of our comfort zone to become better human beings...doing the things we didn't think we could do and accomplishing the goals we set for ourselves...ultimately surrounding ourselves with QLE's regularly! Giving yourself the gift of a daily Great Energy session will bring you Great Energy...imagine the possibilities!

Forgive, give thanks and continue to follow your chosen path. If anger is stopping you, look at the situation with compassion and, if possible, HUMOR! My dad always laughed at situations that could make others so angry and he always remained content and joyful. I’m sure his spirit is still finding humor in this crazy world. Through forgiveness we certainly enhance the quality of our daily lives...There is no resolution so complete as forgiveness...
When we take the time to move slowly, with intention; to breathe deeply, aware of our breath…the result is a mind-body connection that allows us a deeper connection to our true selves and to our hearts - a QLE for sure! Don’t defeat the purpose by forcing the breath…let it flow naturally…always.

How does it feel to wake up with great energy? How does it feel to wake up with low energy? Think about the two feelings. We have all experienced great energy which tends to lead to a great day in which a lot is accomplished. But what about those low energy days that you'd just like to forget. I remember low energy days feeling depressed and lacking the motivation to do anything! The only thing I accomplish on those days is eating too much and feeling bad about myself! Luckily, those low energy days don't happen as much as they used to. When I wake up feeling less inspired and more tired and fatigued than usual, I give myself the gift of a Great Energy session. Usually, I feel so much better after a few minutes that I find the motivation to move and breathe through a practice. By the end of my practice I always feel better and I find the energy to get on with my day feeling much more positive. Try a moving mediation like Great Energy the next time you wake up with low energy. I hope it can be the QLE(quality of life enhancer)to help you feel better so you have a Great Energy day!

It’s been awhile... I am excited to get my site going again. And I am excited because today I made cupcakes. I love to make them and I love to eat them so all-in-all, cupcakes are one of my favorite QLE’s!
