Great Energy Exercise

​The slow, intentional movements in a Great Energy exercise routine encourage mindfulness. While gently warming the joints and muscles, we also experience a moving meditation, allowing the natural breath to guide the movement. From this daily practice flows a natural improvement in balance, flexibility and strength. Along with the obvious physical benefits there comes a more subtle quality of life enhancement. The mindfulness achieved in a routine spills over into our daily life. We become more mindful not only with the exercise but also:

*Mindful of eating habits
*Mindful of our relationships
*Mindful of good and bad habits
*Mindful of how we spend our free time

And of course...
